Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our project sites, supporting the overall workflow, and ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment as needed
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled trades by preparing tools and materials for use
- Help with demolition, excavation, or construction tasks under supervision
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper training
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- drivers license mandatory with clean record.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
- Must be able to accurately read an imperial tape measure
- Simple math skills necessary
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
