Ericksons LLP is seeking an experienced Real Estate Law Clerk/Legal Assistant. Interested candidates are invited to submit their cover letter and resume.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize matters.
- Experience as a Real Estate Clerk or Legal Assistant position.
Job Duties Include:
- Preparing and processing documents related to real estate transactions, including Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Mortgages, Refinances and Private Mortgages
- Communicating directly with clients, real estate agents and lawyers to ensure timely processing of transactions
- Ordering title insurance policies and other third party information required for closing.
- Maintaining impeccable file organization and management
- Preparing reporting letters and accounts to clients, promptly following completion of files.
- Proficient in a variety of electronic legal and accounting software, including LawyerDoneDeal, Teraview, Excel, Acumin etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
