Responsibilities
- Craft innovative and high-quality cocktails and beverages that reflect Acquafarina’s standards of excellence.
- Provide exceptional guest service, offering expert advice on drink selections and pairings.
- Maintain accurate bar inventory and ensure timely reordering of supplies.
- Ensure the bar remains immaculate and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Process payments efficiently while identifying opportunities to optimise revenue.
- Act on guest feedback to enhance satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth and seamless service during peak hours.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that enhances the overall guest experience.
- Assist in training new bar staff, sharing knowledge to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a positive attitude in a dynamic and high-pressure setting.
- Represent Acquafarina’s commitment to excellence through professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience
- At least 2 years of bartending experience in hospitality.
- Passion for creating distinctive and memorable beverages.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- Valid Serving It Right and Food Safe certification.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Pay: $17.85 per hour
