About Demir Engineering
Demir Engineering Ltd. is a multidisciplinary EPC firm serving mining, metallurgy, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. We deliver engineered products, asset management solutions, and manufacturing services supported by in-house foundry operations and global supply partnerships.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Leader to take full ownership of our end-to-end supply chain from RFQ through to final delivery.
This is a high-impact role where you will directly influence project execution, supplier strategy, and operational performance. You will work closely with engineering, production, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
This is not a purely supervisory role. You will be directly involved in day-to-day execution including procurement, supplier coordination, and logistics while building the structure, processes, and capacity needed to scale the function over time.
The role currently involves managing a moderate number of active orders across multiple projects, with an emphasis on coordination, planning, and attention to detail rather than high transaction volume.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership, stay close to the work, and build something meaningful within a growing engineering company.
Why This Role Stands Out
· Full ownership of the supply chain function , not just a segment
· Direct involvement in real projects with engineering and leadership
· Exposure to manufacturing, EPC projects, and global sourcing
· Opportunity to improve systems, processes, and supplier performance
· A hands-on role where decisions have visible impact
· A role for someone who wants to take ownership while remaining close to execution
· Visibility and direct impact on project execution and company performance
Position Overview
You will coordinate and drive the full supply chain lifecycle ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, production, and logistics to meet delivery commitments.
