Marca Kitchens & Design is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sander / Cabinet Prep Technician to join our growing team.
We specialize in high-quality custom kitchen cabinetry and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow within the company. This position offers the opportunity to develop new skills and advance into a priming and finishing role for the right candidate.
Job Details Position:
Full-Time Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17–$24 per hour, based on experience
Location: 2480 Cawthra Rd. Unit 17 -18
Responsibilities:
Sand and prepare cabinet doors, panels, and wood surfaces for finishing
Inspect surfaces to ensure smooth and high-quality preparation
Assist with cleaning and organizing the workspace and materials
Handle tools and sanding equipment safely and efficiently
Support the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards
Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications Previous
Sanding, woodworking, cabinet-making, or finishing experience is an asset
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials when needed
