· Ensuring HR policies, procedures, and employment practices remain compliant with Ontario employment legislation and best practices.
· Collaborating with our Safety Leader to support health and safety initiatives, programs, and compliance across all locations.
· Supporting and completing payroll, time and attendance processes while working closely with internal stakeholders.

· Helping build and strengthen Snobelen Farms culture through employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, communication, and special events.
· Developing practical HR tools, resources, and processes that improve the employee experience.
· Provide responsive HR administration and exceptional customer service to employees, leaders, and the business, while supporting operational needs as required.
· Traveling regularly between locations to build relationships, provide hands on support, and ensure consistency in HR practices.
· Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
What We're Looking For
· A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
· CHRP designation or working toward it is considered an asset.
· 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist, Advisor, or Business Partner role.
· Solid understanding of employment legislation, HR best practices, and employee relations.
