Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and safety
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and increase sales
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
- Educate clients on nail care routines and product recommendations for ongoing maintenance
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, or similar treatments
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing procedures safely and professionally
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products that complement nail services
- Good organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently and maintain cleanliness standards
