We're adding three experienced HVAC Sales Representatives to our Ottawa team. This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for proven salespeople who have worked in the residential HVAC space, understand the products, and know how to build trust with homeowners and close deals.

What You'll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present tailored HVAC solutions
- Leverage your product knowledge to recommend the right systems with confidence
- Guide customers through the full sales process from consultation to close
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups using our CRM system
- Collaborate with our install and operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Represent TRALO with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of residential HVAC sales experience (required)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong working knowledge of heat pumps, forced air systems, or related residential equipment
- Familiarity with the Ottawa-area HVAC market and local competitors is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable to results
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
