Our client is a highly reputable and growing real estate organization based in Surrey, BC with a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. This is a full-time, in-office position working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
About the Role
The Financial Analyst will support the financial and operational performance of a commercial property portfolio, with a focus on insurance analysis, rent reviews, leasing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role will also involve financial modeling, lease analysis, variance analysis, and preparing monthly and ad hoc management reports.
The Offer
This position offers competitive compensation in the $80,000 – $95,000 range depending on experience and qualifications, along with benefits, vacation, and the opportunity to join a stable and growing organization with strong long-term career potential.
What You Bring
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience, preferably within commercial real estate or property management, along with advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and financial modeling. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience analyzing leases, operating expenses, and insurance costs are required.
