We’re looking for a Year-Round Crew Leader who can lead our property maintenance teams in spring, summer, and fall — and take charge of snow clearing and de-icing operations through the winter months.

Your Role
Spring–Summer–Fall:
Lead a crew of 2–5 staff on daily maintenance and landscaping routes
Manage lawn care, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups
Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, and light equipment
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to In Bloom standards
Communicate clearly with clients and management
Winter (Snow & Ice Season):
Supervise snow clearing crews for commercial and residential routes
Operate plow trucks, salters, snowrator, and snow blowers
Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow or ice events
Ensure de-icing products are applied safely and effectively
Maintain detailed service logs and coordinate with dispatch

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of landscaping or property maintenance experience
Snow removal or winter operations experience preferred
Valid driver’s licence (G or higher) with clean abstract
Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Mechanically inclined and comfortable with equipment operation
Reliable, organized, and capable of working flexible hours in winter
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
