Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter/Laborer to join our construction team.
This role involves performing various painting projects across residential and commercial construction settings.
Previous professional Experience in Painting is a must.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a strong work ethic, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and masking areas as needed
- Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, on various surfaces including walls and ceilings.
- Assist with setup ladders for elevated work areas
- Show up prepared and on time daily
- At all times respect & maintain safety standards
- Maintain a clean work environment by disposing of debris and organizing tools and materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure complete satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in construction painting is preferred.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques
- Familiarity with spraying will be an asset resulting in a higher wage.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent English language communication skills for coordinating with team members
This role requires a dedicated individual who values quality workmanship and safety. Candidates should be comfortable working in various environments and possess the necessary skills to contribute effectively to our projects. Driver‘s license is an asset.
