MWM Environmental is growing and seeking a Class 3 Driver with Q endorsement for our Souris operations, serving southwestern Manitoba. We’re looking for a hardworking, responsible team player who can also work independently.

Qualifications:
- Class 3 license with air endorsement
- Experience with waste handling equipment is an asset
- COR Safety background preferred
- Mechanically inclined and dependable
- Committed to teamwork and safety
- Training provided for the right candidate
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently pick up curbside carts, frontload containers, and roll-offs
- Keep the truck clean and well-maintained
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
- Support a team-oriented environment to ensure uninterrupted service
- Perform minor equipment maintenance (greasing, small repairs)
- Assist management with work-related projects
- Physically able to tarp large containers
- Solve problems on the spot as needed
- Work occasional overtime or weekends
