Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee snow removal and landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and leading a team of skilled professionals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of snow removal operations. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency across all projects.
Duties
- Oversee and coordinate snow removal and landscaping projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards
- Supervise staff, and performance management
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize workflow and resource allocation
- Monitor inventory levels of equipment and supplies, coordinating procurement as needed
- Lead quality control inspections to maintain high standards of work quality
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising teams within snow removal or landscaping industries
- Excellent people skills
- Working knowledge of computer operations
- Capable of prioritizing tasks
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple elements simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Organizational skills to oversee scheduling, resource management, and client relations effectively

- Knowledge of heavy equipment an asset
Must be flexible for time especially in the Winter months as hours may vary. Availability on evenings, weekends and holidays.
