Jardeg is currently recruiting for Riggers to work with Technical Workforce Inc. at the Fish Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Calgary, AB!
This position is a 5 days on and 2 days off schedule with the possibility of working afternoons, evenings, and weekends. At this time, only local candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities:

Attach loads to rigging equipment to prepare the load for moving

Attach pulleys and blocks to structures to prepare for the moving load

Assist crane operator when required

General site clean up
-
Organize tools and material
-
Follow all site specific lifting plans/procedures
Minimum Requirements:
-
Must have valid Rigging certificate
-
At least 3 years of construction experience specifically as a Rigger
-
Experience working in a water infrastructure project is an asset

CSTS & WHMIS 2015 Certifications
-
Capable of learning through on the job training
-
Describe and point out safety compliance and regulatory issues

Reliable transportation to get to work
