Position Overview
We are seeking commission-based Sales & Marketing Representatives to help grow our customer base across Toronto and the GTA. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are confident in sales, networking, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers and businesses.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, social media, and in-person visits.
- Promote Digitime's printing, signage, and custom apparel services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects.
- Work with the production team to ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous sales, marketing, or business development experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of printing, signage, apparel decoration, or promotional products is an asset but not required.
- Reliable transportation is an asset.
