Circle K located at 755 William St @ Birchwood, Midland, ON L4R 4Y5 is looking for a Part-time / Full-time Customer Service Representative.
- Accurately count and balance cash in the register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Provide receipts, issue refunds, and handle exchanges or credits as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining company service standards and supporting sales goals.
- Build customer loyalty by offering friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive assistance.
- Reconcile cash drawer, identify discrepancies, and resolve errors in a timely manner.
- Manage cigarette inventory, including removing from the safe and restocking sales floor cabinets.
- Organize merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain clean, well-presented store displays.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
