Residential HVAC Installer
Air Design Services is growing and we're looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our team in London, Ontario.

Responsibilities:
- Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, and indoor air quality products
- Complete residential HVAC replacement and retrofit installations
- Install and modify ductwork as required
- Perform equipment start-ups, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Complete job documentation accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications:
- G2 Gas Technician License
- 313D Residential Air Conditioning Mechanic
- Heat pump installation experience
- Water heater installation experience
- Sheet metal experience
- Experience with high-efficiency HVAC equipment

Experience:
- Residential HVAC: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic 313D (preferred)
- Maintain an Ozone Depletion Prevention Certificate (preferred)
- Certified and Registered Gas Technician 2 (G2) (required)
- Maintain a valid Ontario Drivers’ License (required)
