We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our customer base, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across all divisions.
Responsibilities
- Generate new contractor, builder, and developer accounts.
- Develop relationships with drywall, framing, flooring, renovation, and general contractors.
- Build relationships with custom home builders, renovators, designers, and property managers.
- Prospect through calls, site visits, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
- Identify opportunities for both construction materials and millwork projects.
- Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience in construction, building materials, millwork, cabinetry, countertops, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to generate new business.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
