On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) & AEM Developer for a 9 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) & AEM Developer - Job Description:
The project involves a large-scale migration of marketing and transactional communications from Oracle Responsys to Adobe Journey Optimizer. The role includes designing, developing, and implementing customer communications solutions across various platforms and technologies.
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) & AEM Developer - Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support AJO campaigns and transactional communications.
- Develop and maintain content templates, landing pages, and digital experiences in AEM.
- Support migration of campaigns and customer communications from Oracle Responsys to AJO.
- Build applications for batch processing, API-triggered campaigns, and operational controls.
- Integrate enterprise applications with AJO using REST APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on AJO and AEM best practices.
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) & AEM Developer - Mandatory Skills:
- 8-10 years relevant experience.
- 5+ years development experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- 3+ years development experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) / Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong full-stack development experience with React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with Digital asset management (DAM).
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) & AEM Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Responsys platform.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Experience building customer communication and engagement platforms.
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) & AEM Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from August 6, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
