Position Overview
Just Like Hero is seeking a highly organized, relationship driven Inside Sales Representative to support our existing client accounts and internal sales operations.
This role is focused on managing and growing relationships with existing customers, supporting custom order development, coordinating occasionally with production, working closely with outside sales, and helping drive strategic sales decisions through reporting and analysis.
This is not a cold calling or new business outreach role. Instead, the ideal candidate will excel in client account management, operational communication, and making sound commercial decisions in a fast moving apparel environment.
Key Responsibilities
1) Account Management & Client Relationships
- Build and maintain strong long term relationships with clients and key contacts
- Conduct periodic in person visits to existing client locations to maintain visibility and strengthen relationships
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with all accounts
- Support client retention and repeat order growth through exceptional service
- You will be supported by a customer service team on day to day inquiries from clients
2) Sales Support & Custom Order Management
- Manage inbound inquiries, quote requests, and repeat order opportunities
- Prepare quotations and follow up to help convert opportunities into sales
- Support both standard stock orders and custom apparel orders produced overseas
- Work closely with each client to determine custom specifications, timelines, pricing, and production requirements
- Remain nimble and exercise strong judgment, as custom orders often require case by case decision making
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on timing, budget, and garment requirements
3) Reporting, Analysis & Sales Strategy
- Create periodic sales reports and account performance reports for internal analysis
- Prepare reports and summaries to support outside sales representatives
- Analyze customer purchasing trends, product movement, and account opportunities
- Meet regularly with leadership and outside sales to develop sales strategies based on findings
- Provide insights that help improve forecasting, customer retention, and product positioning
4) Order Coordination & Product Knowledge
- Work closely with operations, fulfillment, and future production teams to ensure accurate order execution
- Confirm product availability, specifications, and timelines with clients
- Communicate proactively regarding lead times, delays, and changes
- Maintain strong product knowledge across garment styles, fits, and materials
- Experience or knowledge in apparel decoration, screen printing, embroidery, DTG, or related decoration methods is considered an asset
- Use decoration knowledge to better understand what matters most to clients and help guide solutions
5) Trade Shows & Outside Sales Support
- Attend trade shows and industry events alongside outside sales representatives
- Assist with booth support, client meetings, and most other event planning matters
- Help strengthen existing client relationships during events
- Support post show reporting and opportunity follow up
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable making judgment calls in fast paced situations
- Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service
- Apparel industry experience strongly preferred
- Apparel decoration experience is a major asset
- Comfortable working cross functionally with operations and sales teams
Pay Structure
Base salary + performance bonus
Performance bonus is calculated in the following considerations:

3) Reporting, Analysis & Strategy
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
