Both of our, state-of-the-art clinics offer a comprehensive range of physiotherapy & kinesiology services, and we take pride in delivering personalized care and excellent treatment outcomes.
As an administrative assistant staff member, you will be the friendly face and the backbone of our clinic.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming Patients: greeting patients with a warm smile and making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in the door.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently managing our appointment through our software to ensure optimal scheduling for both patients and therapists
- Phone & Email Support: Assisting patients with inquiries, appointment bookings, and providing helpful information about our services.
- Patient Records Management: Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Billing & Payments: Handling billing inquiries and processing payments accurately and promptly.
- Assisting Therapists: Supporting our physiotherapists with administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow
- Maintaining Clinic Cleanliness: Ensuring a clean and organized clinic environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles and JANE EMR is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to our clinic's welcoming atmosphere.
- Ability to work at BOTH of our Colwood and Oak Bay locations.
