We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team. Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and attract potential customers
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through B2B and retail sales channels
- Conduct high-end sales consultations with clients, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer value and dealership revenue
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership promotions and events
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and personalized attention
- Manage sales support activities including documentation, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Collaborate with the sales management team to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Maintain organizational skills to keep track of leads, appointments, and follow-up activities
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or B2B sales deals
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, including dealership operations and sales management is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, are highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Experience supporting marketing efforts and utilizing social media or digital tools for lead generation is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
