We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
- MSE walls
- Running of Laser Level
- Running Grade for walls
- 4 years
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the construction, maintenance, or repair of structures and facilities.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with safety practices in a labor environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
