Compensation: Flat Rate | $75,000 – $125,000 earning potential ($36.00 to $39.75/hr based on production)

The Toolkit You Bring:
- The Credentials: A provincially recognized Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate (completed or in-progress). Red Seal is a major plus!
- The Know-How: Strong diagnostic skills and experience working on various makes and models.
- The Drive: A professional work ethic, great problem-solving skills, and a clean driving record.
- The Gear: Your own inventory of standard technician tools.
A Day in the Shop:
- Diagnose & Repair: Keep our customers safe by tackling everything from routine maintenance to complex engine and electrical diagnostics.
- Collaborate: Partner with Service Advisors and Parts team members to keep bay cycle times tight and customers happy.
- Document: Tell the vehicle’s "story" accurately on Repair Orders (ROs) to ensure seamless OEM and warranty processing.
- Mentor: Help shape the next generation by guiding apprentices in the shop.
