The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities. *Responsibilities* - Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash containers and dispose of waste appropriately - Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively - Notify management of any damages or repairs needed - Follow all health and safety regulations *Skills* - Customer service skills for interacting with clients and customers - Knowledge of custodial duties and best practices - Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors - Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus - Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures - Effective time management skills to complete tasks efficiently - Capability for heavy lifting when required - Proficiency in using hand tools for maintenance tasks
