Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II) to join our growing team! In this role, you will support our dental team by preparing patients for procedures, sterilizing instruments, setting up treatment rooms, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for patient care.
Dental Assistant Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing patients for dental procedures and ensuring their comfort
- Sterilizing dental instruments and maintaining infection control standards
- Setting up operatories for patient procedures
- Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Taking dental x-rays (X-ray certification required)
- Managing inventory
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Providing exceptional customer service and patient care
Schedule:
Monday 11am-5pm
Tuesday 8am-4pm
Wednesday 9am -3pm
Thursday 10am-6pm
Friday 8am-2pm ( once a month)
Saturdays 8am-3pm ( once a month)
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II) license
- Current Dental X-Ray Certification (Required)
- Prior experience as a Dental Assistant
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience with Dentrix
