REP Physio is looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Medical Office Manager to join our growing team.

With multiple clinic locations and a collaborative team environment, we are looking for someone who can confidently lead our front-end operations and help create an outstanding experience for both patients and staff.

- · Can lead and support front desk staff effectively

- · Is comfortable with scheduling systems, billing, and day-to-day clinic operations
- · Brings strong attention to detail and professionalism to every interaction
Responsibilities May Include
- · Overseeing daily front desk and administrative operations
- · Supporting and mentoring administrative staff
- · Managing scheduling workflows and patient communication
- · Assisting with billing, insurance, and clinic coordination
- · Helping maintain efficient systems and processes
- · Supporting ownership and leadership with operational tasks
- · Ensuring an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
