We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to perfection while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
