Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead and grow our presence across Western Canada. Based in Vancouver, this role is responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and managing key accounts within the luxury residential and commercial kitchen market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, developers, and retail partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share across Western Canada
- Manage and support a network of dealers, showrooms, and distribution partners
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and client meetings
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on market trends
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on brand positioning and campaigns
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury products, kitchen/bath, or building materials
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
- Strong network within the architecture and design (A&D) community is an asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
- Willingness to travel throughout Western Canada as required
