Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Market Booth Lead to manage our booth at farmers markets and events. This role requires someone who is organized, physically capable, and enjoys interacting with customers while delivering an exceptional experience.
The ideal candidate can work independently, solve problems on the fly, and take ownership of the booth from setup to teardown.
Responsibilities
-Transport, set up, and dismantle the market booth and equipment
-Lift and move equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs
-Prepare the booth for service, ensuring a clean and attractive presentation
-Cook and serve food according to company standards
-Maintain safe food handling and sanitation practices at all times
-Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Monitor inventory and communicate low stock levels
-Keep the booth clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
-Represent the Reggie's Rolls brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
-Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
Preferred Skills:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, assist with booth setup and teardown, and provide excellent customer service while following safe food handling practices. Previous experience in food service, retail, or sales is an asset, and a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
Schedule
Primarily weekends
Occasional weekday evening events
Seasonal position with opportunities for additional hours during festival season
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $100.00-$150.00 per day
