About the Role
Markham Subaru is looking for an organized, upbeat Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to be the first point of contact for our sales and service customers. If you enjoy talking with people, thrive on follow-up, and want to build a career in the automotive industry, we’d love to hear from you. As our BDC, you’ll keep leads moving, responding to online inquiries, booking appointments, and making sure every customer gets a fast, friendly response.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming sales e-leads (chat, email, and web) promptly and professionally.
- Answer service department calls and book both sales and service appointments.
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to new, existing, and lapsed customers.
- Work daily lead lists from management and route each lead to the right department.
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date in the CRM.
- Confirm upcoming appointments, capture contact details, and keep the schedule organized.
- Manage LiveChat and reply to online message requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills on the phone and by email.
- Comfortable with computers, email, Excel, and CRM software.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, professional, team-player attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience in an automotive dealership or with dealership software.
- Familiarity with LiveChat or lead-management tools.
