Job Overview
Stellar Garage Solutions does Epoxy Floor Coating and Garage Storage Installation for residential garages. We are seeking someone WITH experience in epoxy coating. This person will be installing a new floor everyday and will need to communicate with the customer and and team lead.
Duties
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment such as floor grinders, hand grinders, and vacuums.
- Conduct inspections of flooring surfaces to identify areas needing repair or special attention.
- Be able to have a conversation with a Homeowner and be respectful and confident.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns regarding floor maintenance.
- Maintain inventory of coating supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using hand tools and power tools during garage operations.

- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Capability for heavy lifting as required during floor coating tasks or equipment handling.
- Willingness to learn and grow as a leader.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
