About RIVIX
RIVIX manages workwear, uniform, and PPE programs for companies across Canada.
We act as one point of contact for product selection, design, samples, production, inspection, and delivery.
Our clients operate in construction, trades, agriculture, industrial services, transportation, utilities, mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, and other sectors where teams need dependable workwear and consistent ordering.
Clients can also manage products, sizing, approvals, and repeat orders through the RIVIX client portal.
About the Role
We are hiring a B2B sales representative to develop and manage Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
You will work with companies that regularly purchase workwear, uniforms, safety apparel, and PPE for their employees.
This role is focused on building long term accounts with repeat order potential. It is not focused on small retail sales or one time orders.
You will be responsible for contacting assigned leads, developing your own relationships, booking meetings, qualifying opportunities, closing accounts, and managing clients over time.
The interview will be conducted in English.
Territory
Your primary territory will include Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
You will be expected to focus on companies within your assigned territory and keep all calls, notes, follow ups, and opportunities updated inside the CRM.
Priority markets may include Winnipeg, Brandon, Regina, Saskatoon, Prince Albert, Moose Jaw, and surrounding industrial and rural markets.
Commission Structure
Commission is calculated on the gross order value.
Company Provided Accounts
You will receive 10% commission on your first 3 company provided accounts.
After your first 3 company provided accounts, you will receive 5% commission on new and repeat orders from company provided accounts that you continue managing.
Accounts You Bring
You will receive 15% commission on new and repeat orders from accounts you bring to RIVIX.
You continue earning commission while the account remains active and you continue managing the relationship.
Commission is paid on the 1st or 15th after payment has been received from the client.
There is no commission cap.
Sales Opportunity
Many clients reorder workwear and uniforms throughout the year.
Typical clients place 2 to 4 orders per year depending on team size, hiring, projects, and seasonal requirements.
Larger uniform programs can reach approximately $75,000 per order, but order size varies by client.
Sales results and timelines are not guaranteed.
We expect active representatives to consistently prospect, follow up, manage their pipeline, and work toward closing their first account within approximately 30 to 60 days.
