At Bin 905, we believe great wine is best experienced through conversation, discovery, and a genuine passion for wine. We are currently looking for knowledgeable, enthusiastic individuals to join our sales floor team at our Bin 905 location.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a guest-focused retail environment and brings a true passion for wine. A strong interest in food, flavour, and pairing is essential — we’re looking for a true foodie who naturally connects the wines we sell to how they are enjoyed. If you take pride in presentation, enjoy engaging with customers, and love helping others discover something new, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As part of the Bin 905 team, you will play a key role in delivering a thoughtful and elevated customer experience:
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and authenticity
- Provide exceptional service through tailored recommendations and product knowledge
- Share stories and insights that bring products to life
- Continuously build your knowledge of wine and related categories
- Maintain awareness of promotions, policies, and store procedures
- Operate POS systems accurately, including cash handling and balancing
- Help maintain a polished, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
- Support overall store operations and team success

Qualifications & Requirements
- Availability for a flexible retail schedule (evenings and weekends required)
- ProServe certification (required)
- WSET Level 3 or other formal wine education (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of wine; spirits and craft beer knowledge is an asset
