Job Description
We’re a growing local lawn care and snow removal company looking for a reliable person to join our crew.
You’ll mainly be helping with lawn mowing, trimming, edging, cleanups, and general property maintenance during the lawn season. As winter approaches, the position will transition into residential and commercial snow removal.
No professional experience is required. We’re willing to train the right person, and all lawn care/snow removal equipment will be provided.
Requirements:
- Must have your own reliable vehicle to travel to job sites
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Able to perform physical outdoor work
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work independently once trained
- Lawn care or snow removal experience is an asset, but not required
During winter, work may include snow blowing, shoveling, clearing sidewalks/driveways, and general snow removal. Winter availability can depend on snowfall, so some shifts may be early morning or after a snowfall.
We’re looking for someone we can train now, build trust with, and continue working with through the winter season. There is potential for more hours and responsibility as the company grows.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
