Position: Warehouse Associate – Picker/Packer
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, scanning, and preparing customer orders for shipment. RF Scanner experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately using an RF Scanner
- Pack customer orders according to company standards
- Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy
- Scan products and update inventory using warehouse systems
- Label and prepare packages for shipment
- Load and unload products as needed
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse
- Perform receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous RF Scanner experience is required
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
