Summary
We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team in Canada. Based in our facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and supporting our commitment to delivering fresh, high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and clamp trucks safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse.
- Manage warehouse distribution tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist with order picking and inventory management using warehouse management systems.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating forklifts and clamp trucks.
- Mechanical knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to safety procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
