As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our quality management initiatives and ensure our products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
The Opportunity
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving Suntech's quality management systems across manufacturing and paint finishing, operations.
This leadership position plays a critical role in driving product excellence, reducing defects, improving operational efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable specifications and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management
Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide quality control policies and procedures.
Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing, powder coating, and assembly.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications.
Inspection & Compliance
Develop inspection plans and quality checkpoints for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Ensure all inspections are completed accurately and documented properly.
Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Perform root cause analysis for product defects and customer complaints.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and non-conformance documentation.
Develop standardized work instructions and quality documentation.
Customer Quality
Investigate customer complaints and field deficiencies.
Coordinate corrective actions with internal departments.
Help maintain strong customer relationships through timely issue resolution.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
