Dental Laboratory Assistant – Model Room & Production Support
Regular Part-Time / Long-Term Position
We are a boutique dental laboratory located at Yonge & Sheppard, directly connected to Sheppard–Yonge TTC Station.
We are looking for a reliable dental laboratory assistant to support our model room, case handling, and production workflow.
This is a regular part-time position for someone who is interested in stable, long-term weekday work. It is not intended as a casual or short-term student job.
The role involves hands-on, detail-oriented routine work. It is best suited for someone who enjoys careful manual work, follows clear procedures, and can produce consistent results at a steady pace.
This is not a creative or experimental role. We value accuracy, repeatability, workflow efficiency, and steady output.

Working Hours
Approximately 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM
Monday to Friday, or 4–5 weekdays per week
Regular weekday schedule
Hours may vary depending on case volume
This position is best suited for someone whose lifestyle fits this schedule and who is looking for a stable, long-term role.
Compensation
$22/hour
Wage adjustments may be considered once procedures are clearly understood and work quality is consistently stable.
Main Responsibilities
Stone model pouring, trimming, and mounting
Single die cutting
Emax investing and divesting
Basic 3D printer support
Case unpacking and packaging
Shipping preparation for local delivery / FedEx
Cleaning and maintenance of tools and workspace
General model room and lab support tasks
All tasks follow clear procedures and checklists. Training will be provided.
This role requires training, repetition, and steady improvement over time.

Japanese is commonly used for internal workflow and team communication.
Applicants should be comfortable communicating in Japanese in the workplace.
Basic English is also required for reading prescriptions, case information, and shipping details.
