Landscape Maintenance Worker
Operating for the last 30 years, Harco Developments has become one of Calgary's leading landscape construction contractors. Harco provides the market with high quality landscape construction and maintenance services, building and maintaining parks, playgrounds, storm ponds, sports fields, boulevards, entry features and other green spaces within new communities around Calgary and the surrounding area.
We are actively seeking workers to join our Maintenance Team for the 2026 season.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cut grass using mowers and trimmers
- Litter picking and changing garbage cans
- Bed maintenance including weeding and pruning
- General tidying and maintenance of sites
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in the tasks outlined above
- Must be able to work independently, and as part of a team
- Must be physically fit
- Successful candidates will have a positive attitude about working hard

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Experience:
- Turf Care (mowers, trimmers, blowpacks, etc.): 2 years (preferred)
- Plant Care (pruning, weeding, watering etc.): 2 years (preferred)
- Commercial Landscape: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (and a reliable vehicle) (required)
