We have a requirement for three experienced caregivers. Please ONLY apply when you meet the Job Requirements and Qualifications listed below.
Job Requirements:
- We do NOT provide SINP sponsorship for this role.
- The Caregiver must be able to use a smartphone to clock in and out (for payroll purposes) and put daily visit care notes in our care system.
- Proof of eligibility to work in Canada. Please do not apply if you do not have a valid work permit.
- Must pass a criminal record check with a vulnerable sector check (CRC-VS)
- Must be compassionate, honest, reliable, confident and highly sociable
- Required: Valid CPR and First Aid Training Certificate
- Preferred but not required: Valid Food Safety Certificate
- Preferred but not required: TLR (Transferring Lifting Repositioning) Certificate
- Required: Personal Care Worker Certificate
- Preferred but not required: reliable transportation
- Must be a resident Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
Qualifications and Caregiving Duties:
- Parkinson’s / Dementia Care
- Light Housekeeping and meal preparation
- Personal care – toileting, sponge bath, dressing/grooming, Continence Management, feeding
- Medication reminders
- Companionship – conversation, reading stories, singing
- To provide physical and emotional comfort and safety to the client
- Transferring, Lifting, and Repositioning
- Transport to appointments and errands
Work Schedules:
- Weekday and Weekend
- Day, Afternoon, and Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts

Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Experience:
- Previous experience with caring for older adults and people with disabilities preferred
