A.U.G. Signals Ltd. (AUG) was established in 1986 and is a research-oriented company focused on the development of advanced Signal Image and Data Processing (SIDP) algorithms and products. The company is at the forefront of research and development in several areas including image registration, data mining, detection and recognition, multi-sensor fusion and intelligent situation assessment. The company provides services in data collection, processing, analysis, and delivery, working with data from satellites, airborne, and ground sensors. These technologies are applied to a variety of fields, including security and surveillance, earth observation/remote sensing, environmental monitoring, and intelligent transportation systems.
About the Position
We are seeking a Business Development and Sales Representative to join our team to support the market expansion of AirSENCE and other company products and business opportunities. In this role, you will
- Identify new sales opportunities across different customer segments through various prospecting activities, including networking, prospecting and cold calling
- Build a robust pipeline of potential leads by proactively working on outbound and inbound leads
- Qualify leads through cold-calling, cold-emailing or LinkedIn outreach and arrange meetings
- Successfully launch, manage, and track marketing campaigns to create new leads
- Effectively understand and communicate the value proposition of AUG’s products, particularly AirSENCE, (other products as well) to prospects. Continuously enhance product knowledge and become a domain expert
- Work closely with each prospect from initial contact to qualification. Nurture relationships with potential customers and distributors across different markets
- Analyze opportunity requirements, prepare responses for proposals, and create customer-specific presentations and other sales collateral
- Extremely well organized and communicate effectively, efficiently and on time.

Required Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience (B2B or B2G sectors preferred)
- Demonstrable and proven track record of success in achieving sales quota, initiating account growth, and closing large deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on writing email scripts and outreach sequences
- Excellent and proven negotiation and contract closing shills.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Ability to open conversations and be comfortable/communicate in social business functions & B2B meetings with potential business partners and clients. Identify new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills; proactive in seeking clarification
- Ability to keep up to date on industry news, trends, competitors, and target markets
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) and performing sales campaigns.
- Comfortable operating in a KPI-driven environment and working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Technical Skills: Familiar with the latest AI developments and to be able to understand the company’s Software and Hardware Products so to feel comfortable to promote them in sales and proposals.
- Project management skills will be an asset.
- Flexible and willing to travel to meet clients, participate in exhibits, conferences, tradeshows and trade missions both nationally and internationally.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
