Job Summary
As a member of the Mala King Hot Pot team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their orders, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, and contributing to a positive and energetic atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and seat customers promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests in selecting menu items and provide recommendations as needed.
- Prepare and serve hot pot ingredients according to customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, utensils, and serving stations.
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed during food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player who is willing to assist colleagues as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
