Executive Assistant & Office Manager

About the Role
Killick Capital is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to become a trusted member of our team, supporting our Founder, and the small Killick Capital team.
Working in a diverse office with a significant portfolio of private investments, real estate, philanthropy, hospitality, and community initiatives, you will bring organization, and efficiency, to a dynamic environment. You'll anticipate needs, coordinate complex activities, and ensure priorities are executed seamlessly.
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and exercises sound judgment with complete discretion.
What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing executive support through calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and travel planning.
- Managing office operations including some accounts payable support, to ensure an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace.
- Coordinating activities across the Dobbin Family Office, including special projects and administrative processes.
- Supporting operations for Canadian Northern Outfitters Lodge and the Honorary Irish Consulate in Newfoundland and Labrador.

- Is comfortable in both a Google workspace and Microsoft environment.
- Experience supporting senior executives, entrepreneurs, family offices, or professional services organizations is considered an asset.
