AKI Building Services is looking for a reliable and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in exterior home renovations and the ability to lead a crew efficiently on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of workers on job sites
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure work is completed on time
- Maintain quality standards and safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Proven experience in exterior home renovation/installation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and additional shifts when needed
