Job Title: Scheduling & Logistics Specialist – Manufacturing

Dream Star Bedding is a forward-thinking, quality-driven manufacturer committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced Scheduling & Logistics Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules for mattress manufacturing
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and logistics partners
- Work closely with the production team and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Communicate order status and delivery schedules with internal teams
- Track shipments and resolve logistics issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory systems
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency in scheduling and logistics
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–5 years experience in logistics, scheduling, or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing or mattress/furniture industry is an asset
