What You'll Do
- Perform lawn care applications and treatments to promote healthy, thriving lawns
- Deliver premium turf services including slit-seeding, overseeding, core aeration, and organic compost applications
- Operate specialized equipment safely and responsibly
- Communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations for maintaining healthy lawns
- Accurately record materials, parts, and work completed
- Support teammates and assist with other seasonal projects as needed
What You Bring
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- No industry experience required, we'll train you from the ground up
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically able to bend, kneel, crouch, dig, lift up to 50 lbs., and remain on your feet throughout the day
