Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client service leading to repeat business
- Identify security needs for clients, generating sales
- Communicate knowledge to clients, allowing them to make informed decisions
- Identify solutions to complex problems through collaboration, communication and creative thinking
- Install and improve security solutions allowing clients to enjoy peace-of-mind
- Ability to maintain client files with accurate recordkeeping
- Maintain an employee vehicle, ensuring reliability and cleanliness
- Maintain a professional appearance adhering to dress code
- Build a network of connections in the community
