Responsibilities
- Use rope access techniques to perform inspections, maintenance, and cleaning on tall structures, buildings, or industrial equipment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks
- Conduct routine facility maintenance including cleaning hard-to-reach areas and ensuring environmental cleanliness standards are met
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and report progress or issues
- Follow safety protocols rigorously, including proper use of harnesses, ropes, and personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Assist with custodial duties as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness across various sites
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Experience
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning or custodial work is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting is essential for safe operation and task completion
- Strong communication skills are necessary for clear reporting and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to rope access work and working at heights is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in challenging environments is required for success in this role

Pay: $24.54-$51.48 per hour
