Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cars is a plus.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing and document management
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support administrative functions related to auto mechanic operations if relevant
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, proofreading, and scheduling
- Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed necessary for data entry tasks
